The Artists Collective visits the Noah Webster Library!

Open to all

African Dance & Music performed by our neighbors and friends from The Artists Collective in Hartford. Program open to adults and children of all ages and meets in the Noah Webster Library Meeting Room. FREE Tickets available at the Children’s Circulation Desk.
