Description

Attendees will learn how to take their photos to the next level. They will be using tools & filters in Snapseed, learn how to create multiple exposure photos and photo collage. They will also learn more advanced shooting features of their smartphone too, such as portrait mode, composition, and video tips for social media.

Bring your smartphone &/or iPad (batteries charged and remember your id/passwords for downloading apps). If you have time before the workshop please download the free editing app Snapseed (by Google) . Attendees will also download a few painterly apps during the workshop.

Andy Mars is a freelance photographer, photo artist, & instructor: She photographs events (formerly specialized in weddings), people and pets. She is a photography instructor teaching classes & workshops in digital photography, iPhoneography, Photoshop, mixed-media photography, and computer file organization & workflow. Her work has been exhibited at the Memorial Arts Museum in Rochester, NY, and various galleries in New York City and Connecticut. She has been a juror for the artist community, Farmington Valley Arts Center where she has her studio and juried art shows for the Connecticut Regional Scholastic Art Awards and local library photo exhibits.
