Celebrate the unveiling of the new mural in the Noah Webster Library Teen Room painted by students in the Creative Leadership Program at RiseUP for Arts studio in Hartford.
Hear speeches from the muralists, listen to live music, and enjoy light refreshments as we appreciate this teen-led community art installation.

The Teen Room mural was generously funded by the West Hartford Public Library Foundation and the West Hartford Prevention Council and Amplify (www.amplifyct.org).
