What are you thinking about right now? Dwelling on the past or obsessing about the future? An Invitation to Mindfulness presents an opportunity for you to learn how sweet it is to live in the present moment and use new ways to work with challenges and difficulties. You can develop your ability to pay attention to whatever is happening in the present moment. Greater calmness can enhance your ability to cope with stress and worries as well as savor life’s joys.
