Program Description



For children ages 3, 4, & 5 with caregiver

Join certified Pilates instructor Carrie Critton for a combination of yoga and stretching perfect for children. This class will help your child increase body awareness, enhance concentration, and develop strength & flexibility. Join us for this series for 4 virtual classes via ZOOM geared towards 3, 4, & 5s and their caregivers. A zoom link will be emailed to participants prior to the start of the first class.

This series meets on Wednesdays, February 2, 9, 16 & 23 from 11:30-12:00pm.
