So many people are stressed 24/7 - but our bodies are not meant to live in this emergency state for an extended period of time. Chronic stress creates illness and
disease in our bodies.
Kate is a certified holistic life coach, Reiki practitioner, and is currently studying to become a Certified Meditation Teacher. She has a passion for helping others, and wants to share the knowledge she has and continues to gain.
This stress program will teach you:
● The science of stress and your brain’s stress response
● How to have awareness of your stress reactions and triggers
● How to understand your subconscious mind, your thoughts, and feelings
● How to incorporate different strategies and take action to take care of your mind, body, and spirit to manage your stress.
It's so important to bring your body back to a state of homeostasis after you feel stressed through your breath, movement, nourishing your body with healthy foods, and releasing the feelings of stress.
