Program Description

Description

Come as you are to this vinyasa-inspired, dynamic flow class. This is a mixed-level, moderately-paced class. Honoring that we come to our mats a little differently each day, variations and options are offered to make the class more accessible or to build intensity. We will link movement and breath, transitioning through grounding exercises, sun salutations, held postures, and balancing poses. Expect to leave class feeling strong, focused, and connected to your body. Please bring your own mat!

Jaime McLellan gravitates to yoga for both the positive health impact and peace of mind. She has practiced yoga from a young age and is currently completing the West Hartford Yoga (WHY) 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Jaime's excited to bring a mix of vinyasa and gentle yoga to the Pip Yoga community and gain valuable experience as a yoga instructor.
