Description
Grades 9-12 & parents: Writing your college essay can be a little confusing, and even a bit frustrating, but the fact of it is: your essay is your opportunity to introduce yourself to the university's admissions officers. Without the essay, you're data: a series of GPAs, SAT/ACT scores, honors, achievements, and extracurriculars...but what is your personality like?
Are you funny, witty, or sarcastic? Did you have an experience that shaped you? What makes you, you? Join us as we cover the ins and outs of crafting your college essay. This will be an interactive session, so you can ask questions along the way!
Registration required. Registration opens one month before the program at 7:00pm.
