Program Description

Description

Time travel through Connecticut's rich local history by way of the pen and sketchbook.  In a continuation of Studio 20 South's ongoing programming around creating live art and community exploration, Studio Coordinator and local artist Samuel Ferri, will provide timed instructions and challenges inspired by the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History's unique collection of hand-painted tavern and inn signs.  Expand your art practices in a social setting and learn about the maker practices of yore!

No experience necessary! Art supplies and museum admission will be provided (Though participants are welcome to bring their own sketchbooks and dry art-making tools as well).

Space is limited. Registration required.
