Description
Pharmacy students and faculty from the University of Saint Joseph will be on hand to review your medication bottles, create a complete medication list, and answer any questions you may have. Please bring all your prescription medication bottles in addition to any over-the-counter products and herbal supplements you currently take. This is a great opportunity to better understand your medications and ensure you're taking them safely and effectively!
Registration required:
- Registration opens one month before the program at 7:00pm.
- When registering, please indicate your top 2 choices of time slot (see below)
- Time slots are 30 minutes
- After you register, library staff will contact you with your assigned timeslot
Time Slots:
- 1:00pm
- 1:30pm
- 2:00pm
- 2:30pm
This program is hosted in partnership with West Hartford-Bloomfield Health District and University of Saint Joseph.
