Description

Join the West Hartford Library as we march in the 20th Annual Park Road Parade. 

Our theme is “Libraries Rock!” and we’ll be stepping out to appropriate music and carrying simple signs showcasing all the terrific programs and services we offer.  

You can help! We’d love to have as many marchers as possible to show off the fact that our Library is for everyone!

The parade begins at 10:30 am South Highland and Park Road and ends at South Quaker Lane and lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The parade distance is just over a half mile.

Individuals and families are welcome. Anyone under the age of 18 must have permission of a parent or guardian.

Please register with your email below and in late September, we'll send a reminder and more specific information on where and when to assemble.  Please plan to wear maroon, orange or royal blue (library colors!)  if possible.
