Fall is here and with it we all begin to think about upcoming holidays, dropping temperatures, and this year, how will COVID affect our plans for wintertime and holidays.  There is usually anxiety when we face the unknown and this year many seniors and their families worry about how to handle any necessary quarantine measures that may arise.  Navigating this can be emotional and stressful for seniors and their loved ones.  Fortunately, there is plenty you can do to plan ahead and create some peace of mind during this time.  New Season In Life, LLC will provide you with some helpful information to ease the planning process.

Liz Cornish is the owner of New Season In Life, LLC, a company which specializes in providing information and guiding seniors and their families through the maze of Assisted Living and Memory Care in Connecticut. Liz’s passion for helping seniors stems from her more than 30 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist.  Liz has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals and skilled nursing homes; however, she has spent most of her years providing Physical Therapy to seniors in their homes and in Senior Living Communities.  This has provided Liz the opportunity to work in the majority of Senior Living Communities throughout Connecticut providing her insight and extensive knowledge of each of the Senior Living Communities in Greater Hartford and Litchfield.    Liz continues to work as a home care Physical Therapist in the Farmington Valley.
