Description

Teacups and teapots have long been the focus of many elegant works of art, perhaps because the simplicity and associations with hospitality and friendship can be so rich and inspired. The impressionist Mary Cassatt used them in some of her most beautiful paintings. Come join us in creating a tea-inspired collage influenced by Cassatt's work! We will use book text, mixed media, rubber stamps and stencils.

We will have a few classic texts printed out but please feel free to bring a copy of your favorite book if you’d like!
