Description

Grades 6-12: Join the Teen Advisory Board as we bring back Cupcake Wars in the Noah Webster Library Meeting Room Saturday, February 9 from 3-4PM. Compete in three rounds of cupcake decoration to enter to win fun prizes. Registration is required and seating is limited. Sign up online or by calling the teen department at 860-561-6996.
