The Local History Room, located at the Noah Webster Library, is normally open for research every other Saturday morning. If you are coming from a distance to do research, please call the Reference Desk at 860-561-6990 to confirm.

Stories, songs, crafts, games and a visit from a princess! Saturdays, November 10, December 8 and January 5, for ages 3-6 at 11:00 am, with photo op at the end of the program.
 

Do you like to build with Legos? Come play with motors, gears, moving vehicles and learn some basic engineering. You might also make a friend or two! Stop by to see what you can create. Meets in the main area of the Children’s Room from 1-4 PM.

Children ages 5-10 are invited to create a Sparkly Treasure to keep for yourself or to give as a gift. Gift bags will be available. Art instructor Joan Friedman will provide instruction and materials.
