THIS PROGRAM IS A VIRTUAL-ONLY EVENT. REGISTER BELOW BY LEAVING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO RECEIVE LOGIN AND CALL-IN INSTRUCTIONS (SENT TO YOU ONE DAY BEFORE THE PROGRAM).

Join us for a virtual author event with Lynn Katz, a longtime West Hartford educator. Her debut novel, The Surrogate, explores the psychological profile of a disturbed teen and the high school English teacher who tries to help him. She will discuss how the Sandy Hook tragedy and her own experiences as a teacher and school principal inspired the writing of this domestic thriller. She will share her writing process and answer questions from participants and her critique partner, fellow writer Beth Brody. Katz especially looks forward to seeing former Norfeldt, Smith, and Wolcott School students and families at this event. You can learn more about the author on her website (https://www.lynnkatzauthor.com) and check out The Surrogate at the West Hartford Public Library.
