Program Description

Description

Everyone needs a healthy brain to function well. The daily choices we make directly impact whether we can rely on our memory, ability to make decisions, and executive function and self-regulation skills (the ability to plan, focus, and juggle multiple tasks).

If you are concerned about how your brain is aging, or someone you love has cerebral challenges, join us to learn some measures you can take TODAY to slow the brain aging process. We will discuss various lifestyle changes you can make, including those related to diet, dietary supplements, and physical, mental, and social activity.

Erika Dworkin, BCHN, is a lifelong learner, award-winning Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Guide, and author. She crafts personalized, evidence-based regimens that enable the body to heal itself with a wide selection of natural therapies: diet modifications; lifestyle changes; evidence-based dietary supplements; beyond-organic essential oils; and other time-honored tools. She makes obtaining quality of life and longevity simple, convenient, and time-effective.

Erika grew up in both the natural and Western medicine arenas and, for 12 years, owned the Manchester Parkade Health Shoppe, her family’s beloved nutrition center that operated for 65 years in Connecticut. There, Michael Dworkin, PD, CCN, a Connecticut-licensed clinical nutritionist with a doctorate in pharmacy, formally mentored her.

Erika is passionate about empowering others to pave their paths to their individual levels of optimal wellness. She has done this for thousands by addressing both the symptoms and underlying causes of diverse health issues, including memory and focus challenges, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, anxiety, depression, obesity, inflammation, bone and joint challenges, digestive issues, and cardiovascular concerns.

When you work with Erika, she considers your whole being, your body, mind, and spirit. She gently, compassionately, and discreetly helps you discover your path to wellness and will guide you down it without judgment. As she intuitively feels into what you’re feeling, she’ll tap into her resolve to empower you to find relief. She’ll listen intently, research thoroughly, and search with an open mind until she discovers innovative answers. As you relax into the awareness that investing in your wellness will reduce your suffering, your collaboration with her will foster self-love, confidence, real healing, and inner peace.
