Healthy Eating for Busy People

Eating well doesn't have to be complicated! Whether you're cooking for one or a whole family, this class will teach you how to make delicious gluten-free, whole food plant based meals that will be enjoyed by everyone. Learn tips for meal planning, bulk cooking, kitchen prep, and intuitive cooking techniques for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 

Bio

Mary Lawrence is a vegan chef and wellness educator with Well on Wheels, a wellness coaching business based in Wethersfield, CT. Her new cookbook, Eat Vegan with Me, makes the transition to a vegan lifestyle delicious and fun. In addition to running her business, she is also an adjunct faculty member teaching English composition at Gateway Community College, a Board member of the American Vegan Society, and coordinator of the Peas & Love Community Garden in Manchester, CT. She holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, a certificate in nutrition and wellness consulting from the American Fitness Professionals Association, an MA in Communication and Cultural Studies, and a BA in English.
