Your monthly electric bill can be confusing to decipher! Join Thomas Lopez of Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) for an introductory explanation of what the different components of our electric bills mean and how PURA sets and regulates the rates charged by Connecticut's investor-owned utilities.
Registration required. Registration opens one month before the program at 7:00pm.
