Program Description

Description

In this workshop, you’ll familiarize yourself with the parts and functions of a sewing machine while practicing essential sewing skills such as threading the machine, adjusting settings, and stitching straight lines. Participants will learn to create the classic nine patch block—an essential element of quilting—and be able to make a follow-up appointment to continue to explore the machine for personal projects. No experience necessary.
