Join Jennifer Marcks, a certified Gluten-Free Health Coach, to learn delicious, healthier recipes that will wake up your taste buds and fill your plate with new ideas you’ll want to make all year long. Building a healthier lifestyle requires building a healthier plate with better options. Making simple swaps in ingredients can grant big rewards for your health! The recipes that Jennifer will be making during class include:

  • Black Bean Quinoa Salad
  • Apple Overnight Oats
  • Chocolate Brownie Bites

The recipes will be distributed, via e-mail, shortly before the class begins. 

Jennifer Marcks is the founder of Gluten-Free Marcks the Spot, where she teaches you to create a sustainable and delicious gluten-free lifestyle that just becomes routine. There is no reason to live in deprivation when cutting things from your plate. Registration required. You will receive an email with instructions for participating over Zoom. Registration opens one month before the program at 7:00pm.

Recording: This program will be recorded if you are unable to attend. Simply register with an e-mail address and we will e-mail the final recording within 3 business days.
