Tai Chi/Qigong for Balance Energy is designed to fit the interest and needs of people who want to maintain their quality of life and help alleviate pain / increase their balance. The movements of Tai Chi and Qigong help to reduce stress, increase balance, energy, and flexibility. Participants learn relaxation to improve their overall mind, body, and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. Tai Chi/Qigong for Balance and Energy is for people at all levels of mobility and can be done while sitting.

Master Guang is a lifelong Tai Chi and Qigong practitioner and has been the owner of Yin Yang Tai Chi Academy for thirty years. He has helped thousands of people to preserve their health and longevity.

He offers distance learning classes to encourage people to move, be active, and stay healthy. He introduces Qigong movements to help people to reduce stress, gain balance, and develop stronger lungs / immunity.
