Join West Hartford Probate Judge Owen P. Eagan for a public, four-part panel discussion featuring legal experts and open Q&A. In this session, you will learn about the appointment of conservators of both the person and the estate on a voluntary and involuntary basis. You will also learn about Title 19 and Medicaid benefits. Judge Egan will be joined by Rebecca A. Hajosy, Jacqueline M. Reardon, and Rene Rosado.
