This interactive program gives participants an overview of the Myers-Briggs personality assessment tool, and offers approaches to enhancing relationships, honing communication skills, developing leadership potential, and gaining self-awareness. Through interactive discussions and collaborative exercises, participants will gain an awareness of their own preferences in terms of how they think, learn, plan, communicate, interact with others, and make decisions, and also gain an appreciation for the preferences of others who are different from them.

Dr. Thomas Piccin, founder of Three Mountain Learning, has been a teacher for more than 30 years. He earned his Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from Northwestern University, with an emphasis on human cognition, cognitive development, language acquisition, and personality type. In his consulting practice, Dr. Piccin uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to help clients enhance their understanding of themselves and others, foster deeper and healthier relationships in all areas of their lives, and gain insight into their own motivations, natural strengths, and potential blind spots.
