Description

Program highlighting chocolate entrepreneurs, the history of how chocolate is made and where it comes from, fun chocolate trivia and make and take chocolate creations using various techniques of dipping, decorating, and combing. Demonstration and use of my commercial tempering machine, toppings bar and more!

**Allergy Warning: Chocolate used in program is produced in a facility that uses tree nuts, cookies with gluten and coconut.

PARKING: There is ample library event parking in the nearby Isham Garage. Please bypass the garage kiosks and come directly to the Noah Webster Library Meeting Room, 20 South Main Street, where you may validate your parking with your license plate number.
