Teens and tweens who would like to apply for a position on the 2019-2020 Teen Advisory Board or 2019-2020 Tween Advisory Board should submit an application electronically to teenvolunteers@westhartfordlibrary.org or bring paperwork to the teen room at the Noah Webster Library by September 18 @ 9PM.
