Program Description

Description

Does your energy shift from day to day?  How about moment to moment?  With all that is going on in the world, it makes complete sense that you might be experiencing pendulum shifts in your energy.  It turns out there are 7 levels of energy and understanding what they are and when you employ them may help you move away from the ones that make you feel stressed and anxious and toward the ones that build you up and makes you feel more joy.

This presentation on Your Extraordinary Energy will help you unlock the power you hold within by raising your awareness around the seven levels of energy.  You will leave the presentation with practical, in-the-moment advice on how to apply your knowledge immediately.  Based on concepts explained in Bruce D. Schneider’s book, Energy Leadership, and the experiences of an iPEC Certified Professional Coach, this short program may just change the way you view your world.
