Grades 3-5: Join us for a 7-week experience celebrating coding, computational thinking, literacy, sisterhood, and self esteem!  

Interested students must join our West Hartford Libraries Girls Who Code club (CT41718) and sign a permission form to participate. Please apply if you can commit to the entire 7-part series. Meetings will be in-person in the Noah Webster Library Story Room, but a hybrid option will also be available.

  • Week 1 (3/7/23): What is Coding?
  • Week 2 (3/14/23): Computational Thinking & Logic
  • Week 3 (3/21/23): Algorithms & Functions
  • Week 4 (3/28/23): Design-Build-Test Cycle
  • Week 5 (4/4/23): Application Flow & Binary
  • Week 6 (4/18): Debugging
  • Week 7 (4/25): Application, Website & Cyber Security
