THERE IS NO MEETING THIS WEEK, JUNE 12.

The New Yorker magazine discussion group first met on May 2, 2014, at the Noah Webster Library and has been meeting weekly ever since. Founding members, Joseph Cadieux and Martha Church of the library staff, together with David Brandwein, Robert Roggeveen, and Linda Howey, established the group and facilitated meetings during the first year.

For West Hartford residents, The New Yorker magazine is available online via the library's emagazine subscriptions https://westhartfordct.rbdigital.com/all-issues/emagazine/4604

The group meets at 11:00AM almost every Friday for about 90 minutes. Average attendance is approximately twenty people, give or take. A volunteer moderator is selected from the group each week to facilitate the meeting.

For additional information, or to join the group and receive regular updates, please email the library at: newyorker @westhartfordlibrary.org

The New Yorker group is supported with a grant from the Thomas F. Kilfoil Foundation, West Hartford Library Foundation.
