Agile 101 is an introductory course designed to familiarize participants with the principles and practices of Agile project management. The course covers the basics of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Participants will learn how to apply Agile principles to real-world projects, understand how Agile teams work, and learn how to plan and execute Agile projects using techniques such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. The course will also explore Agile metrics and techniques for measuring success, as well as common challenges and best practices for overcoming them.
