Description
Grades 9-12: Teen Mental Health First Aid (TMHFA) teaches teens grades 9-12 how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among their friends and peers, and how to better cope with their own mental health challenges. TMHFA also gives young people the skills to have supportive conversations with their friends and how to get help from a responsible and trusted adult.
Space is limited. Registration required. You must attend all 3 dates to complete the training. Please register for the entire series using the March 26 date.
