SATURDAY 10:30am. WALKING TOUR of the Trees of West Hartford with arborist John Kehoe. Approximately 2 hours.

All walkers please meet by 10:30am on the front lawn between West Hartford Public Library (20 South Main Street) and First Church (12 South Main Street). This tour is co-sponsored by the John P. Webster Library, First Church, West Hartford. 

JUST SHOW UP - NO REGISTRATION NEEDED - Note that portions of this tour will be video recorded.

JOHN KEHOE is a Connecticut Licensed Arborist at the University of Connecticut, Storrs campus. A second generation arborist, he was formerly the City Forester for the City of Hartford and has practiced tree care for more than forty years. He has an Associate of Science Degree from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at U MASS, Amherst, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture from UConn, in Storrs. John enjoys sharing his knowledge of trees and has led walks at many public and private tree collections.
