Join West Hartford Probate Judge Owen P. Eagan for a public, four-part panel discussion featuring legal experts and open Q&A. In this session, you will learn about estate planning tools including wills, powers of attorney, appointments of conservator, designation of healthcare agent, and the transfer of assets outside of the probate process. Judge Egan will be joined by Charles J Shimkus, Aigné Goldsby Wells, and Andrew Kearns.
