Join West Hartford Probate Judge Owen P. Eagan for a public, four-part panel discussion featuring legal experts and open Q&A. In this session, you will learn about the taxation of the probate estate, as well as the federal and state exemptions that apply. You will also learn about how to use trusts effectively. Judge Egan will be joined by Richard Marone and Katherine E. Mulry.
