West Hartford Public Library and the Capital Classics Theatre Company team up to bring you the Shakespeare Book Club. Join Capital Classics Artistic Associate and Professor of Theatre Geoffrey Sheehan in discussions of Shakespeare’s great works of theatrical literature.

Ages 1-5: Spend a fun-filled morning of music with us. Dance to great children's music, play musical instruments, and swing scarves. This class is appropriate for more confidently walking toddlers and preschoolers. This program is for the child and their caregiver.

If you are a speaker of a language other than English and you would like to practice your English, join us every Friday morning at the Faxon Library! This is an adult intermediate level English class for people with some English experience, who can hold some conversations speaking about everyday topics and personal preferences. The class will review grammar basics, learn how to offer and request advice, talk about plans, and fix common mistakes in English pronunciation.
